All good things come to an end, and in manga that end is usually after hundreds of chapters. This is only the second anime i purposely started before at least the first season was finished. However, food war could not meet this expectation in the following seasons and started to decline.
How it's used in the final episode will ultimately determine whether food wars really means it, though.
