The fighting game genre was all the rage back in the 90s when the release of street fighter ii paved the way for many other titles which have been mildly successful. The game enables the players to participate in spectacular battles fought by characters from popular anime series. My timing usually is off and i don't remember the button sequences for combo's. There are probably few who know about the visual novel game tsukihime, as it hasn't been made available outside japan yet.which might make the story of melty blood confusing, but it didn't stop it from being one of the best anime fighting games around.
